About the Area

The information on this website refers to a 5-acre piece of greenbelt land located on the border between Coventry and Solihull. Its attractiveness stems from its proximity to well-established residential estates and an adjacent area for which planning permission has been granted for the construction of 121 dwellings.
In light of the escalating pressure exerted by the governmental on local councils to address the prevailing housing shortage, many councils have been compelled to extend their reach into greenbelt areas, thereby creating opportunities for development.
This land is impeccably situated to facilitate such development. It is already bordered by two residential estates, and the planning permissions being granted in this vicinity is notably high.
Subsequent sections of this website will delve into a comprehensive overview of the area’s attributes and amenities, in addition to presenting three masterplan concepts illustrating the potential transformation of the site upon successful planning approval.
